Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe:


Ingredients:


1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden on top.

Serve hot with tortilla chips, bread, or crackers.
