Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeds removed

8 slices of bacon

Salt and pepper to taste

Toothpicks (to secure bacon)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Place 2 jalapeno halves on each chicken breast.

Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing the bacon with toothpicks if necessary.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
