Crispy Chickpea Crunch Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cans (15 ounces each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust according to spice preference)

Optional: Other spices of your choice (such as curry powder, chili powder, or dried herbs)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat dry the chickpeas with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil until evenly coated.

Add the salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to ensure all chickpeas are seasoned.

Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
